HOW TO ENTER: Look for the official Zamboni's 2nd Birthday party Coloring Contest entry found in either the Sunday, September 2nd edition of The Daily Journal newspaper or pick up an entry at OAK Orthopedic Sports Arena, located at 1601 River Road, Kankakee, IL 60901. Or, download the entry by clicking on the picture of the crayons above. The picture may be decorated with crayons, markers, paint, pencils . . . any method you like. Originality counts! Winners will be chosen on artistic merit. Mail or drop off the completed coloring sheet to: OAK Orthopedic Sports Arena 1601 River Road Kankakee, Illinois 60901 All entries must be received by 9:00pm on Friday, September 7, 2007 PRIZES:
1. One (1) Gold Skating Party for Ten (10) People will be awarded to the “Winner” of each Age Bracket. 2. Age Categories: 5 & under, 6-8 year olds, and 9-12 year olds.
