16 Weeks of Hockey Hitting Fun!

Winter League begins January 13, 2010

Games are played on Wednesdays.
First game starts at 7:00pm
Second game starts at 8:10pm.
Third game starts at 9:20pm.
Participants play one game per week.

Schedule

Program Price: $245.00 or Payment Options* available

*The cost of $245.00 may be paid in three (3) payments. The first payment of $100.00 must be paid at registration. The second payment of $100.00 is due on February 1, 2010 The third payment of $45.00 is due on March 1, 2010.

*If payment is not received before the first game of the month, said player will be suspended until payment is made.

*If a suspended player plays in a league game, the suspended player's team will forfeit that game.

*Price subject to change due to number of players.

REQUIREMENTS

Each player must be 18 years or older to register for Adult Hockey League

A valid license or I.D. must be presented at time of registration

Must sign OAK's liability waiver

Must provide current USA Hockey registration

Full equipment needed at each game

OAK Orthopedic Sports Arena is currently excepting names for its Adult Hockey League!
