Closures and Cancellations:

Patrons who have paid a daily entrance fee are entitled to a voucher in the event management closes the facility before the regularly scheduled time.

Vouchers will only be issued if the facility closes before the halfway point of the last activity on the schedule.  Vouchers may be obtained at the front desk and may be redeemed within one year of the date issued.

The facility will close only if:

• There is a threat of hazardous weather.

• There is low attendance.

• There is a mechanical breakdown.

• Any situation that would jeopardize the health or safety of OAK Arena patrons.

• Management reserves the right to close the facility whenever it is deemed in the best interest of the Kankakee Valley Park District and Advanced Arenas.
